Broken Springs

The function of a garage door spring is to counteract the force of gravity on the door. In essence, this means a garage door spring is supposed to make your door light enough for you to be able to lift it on your own, or for the power of the garage door opener to lift it up easily.

Garage Door Openers

The garage door opener is a motorized device that assists with opening and closing your garage door. There are many accessories you can add to your opener, remotes, key-less entry and battery backups are available.

Garage Door Cables

These cables are found on both sides of the door and are used to help lift and lower the door with ease. Without proper maintenance they can bind and even snap, causing a hanging door.

Rollers

Garage door rollers are key in assisting a smooth rise and fall of your garage door. Without proper maintenance rollers can dry out and gunk up causing a drag. This puts more effort on your opener to lift the door and can cause major damage to other door components.

Hanging Door

A hanging garage door is something you can't miss, and something you want to leave to a professional! There are a few things that can cause this issue, miss aligned tracks, broken cables or the unfortunate situation of running into the door.

Tune Up & 25 Point Inspection

A tune up for your garage door is recommend to be done at least once a year, for higher traffic garages we recommend about every 6 months. During our tune up we lubricate all working parts of the door as well as give it our 25 point inspection with recommendations of any work that may need to be done.
